PerfectlyOkay ("we", "us", or "our") operates an e-commerce ecosystem (the "Platform") through our websites, apps and browser extensions, including Coupono (coupono.com), Savey (savey.in) and Homzi (homzi.app) (each a "Site" and collectively, the "Sites"). Through these Sites, we provide users with tools and resources to discover deals, access product ratings, explore online savings opportunities and manage their households.
We sometimes refer to individuals who access or use our Platform or services as "Users", "you", or "your", as applicable. If you are accessing the Platform or using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity. In such cases, references to "you" or "your" shall include that entity.
Unless otherwise required by context, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words indicating one gender include all genders.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sites, including any features, tools, or services available through them or associated applications (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Please review both documents thoroughly before proceeding.
Our Privacy Policy is considered an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. If you disagree with any portion of the Terms or the Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to access or use the Platform or Services.
These Terms apply to all Users, whether you are browsing the Sites, creating an account, or contributing content or materials in any form, paid or unpaid. Please note that different features or areas of the Platform may be subject to specific conditions, and Users may be affected differently based on how they interact with the Services.
We may allow content contributions by Users (such as comments, guides, or reviews), but we do not author or verify such submissions. We make no guarantees about their reliability or accuracy. Use of such content is entirely at your own discretion and risk, and we expressly disclaim all warranties related to it.
In any instance where these Terms differ from a separate written agreement between you and PerfectlyOkay, the terms of that individual agreement will take precedence.
Modification of Terms and Services
PerfectlyOkay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to alter, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted directly on the Site and will be effective immediately upon publication.
By continuing to access or use the Platform after changes have been posted, you acknowledge and accept the revised Terms. If at any point the updated Terms are not acceptable to you, your only option is to stop using the Platform and its Services.

Fraud and Abuse
Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Rewards system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, submitting fraudulent content, or artificially inflating activity, may result in immediate forfeiture of Rewards, suspension or termination of account privileges, and potential legal action. PerfectlyOkay reserves all rights to investigate and enforce compliance with these Terms.
No Endorsement or Verification
PerfectlyOkay does not sponsor, recommend, or verify any User, their credentials, or content. We do not screen or monitor User communications or contributions. You are solely responsible for evaluating the identity, integrity, and reliability of any other User with whom you interact.
